Prima Wongamat Hotel Pattaya is a company registered and existing under the laws of Thailand, having its registered company at 157/22 Moo 5, Soi Na Kluea 16/2 Na Kluea, Banglamung, Chonburi 20150 Thailand (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. We only process your personal data as described in this privacy statement and always in compliance with the applicable Thai data protection law, as follows:

- Perform our contract with you such as processing and delivering your orders, product exchange and registration in a point collection program, identity verification process, point collection, point redemption, updating your information as requested by you, online/offline campaign activities, reward redemption, reward delivery, your use of the Sites and the Services via both online and offline channels.
- Respond to your customer service inquiries, handle the complaint management process which you have raised, or take other actions in response to your inquiries or other Site activities or other customer service platforms.

If the personal data is required for the purpose of performance of a contract or to comply with applicable laws, and if you do not provide us with such necessary personal data, the Company will not be able to provide you with the Services.
4. What personal data we collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have arranged according to the different purposes as follows:
- Contact information such as email address, mailing address, and phone number, home address, if you interact with us through social media sites, we may collect your username and other relevant details;
- Personal Identification Information: full name, date of birth, national identification number, passport number, nationality, age, gender;
- Payment and financial information such as bank account details, billing address, debit and credit card information;
- When you create an account and other membership programs (if any), we may collect information related to your personal email, phone number, home address, photo, gender, nationality, age, gender, national ID and online account details, profile or password details and any other relevant partner program affiliation;
- Copies of your correspondence if you contact us;
- Your interests and preferences, feedback and survey responses;
- Information related to your use and interaction with our website and social media channels;
- Information as requested by government authorities to fulfill our legal obligations; and
- Your photo from Company's events.
Normally, we do not collect the following special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. However, in some specific cases, we may need to collect your religious belief and/or blood type as appeared on a copy of your identification card (if any).
Minor, incompetent individual, and quasi-competent individual
Our website is intended only for persons who are at least twenty (20) years old. If you are an individual under 20 years of age (“Minor”) or individuals who are not legally competent to give consent, you confirm that you have obtained consent from (on case by case basis):
- a) The legal representative of the Minor when the Minor is not entitled to act alone or when the Minor is not more than 10 years of age;
- b) The guardian who has the power to act on behalf of the data subject who is an incompetent individual;

7. Data retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements of the applicable country.
We would like to inform you about the following retention period:
- Your personal data involved in the processing under lawful grounds of contractual relationship will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and once it has ended until the responsibilities for both parties expire.
- Your personal data involved in the processing under lawful grounds of legal obligations, will be stored until the completion of this obligation.
- Your personal data involved in the processing under lawful grounds of legitimate interest, will be stored until the end of this interest.
- Your personal data involved in the processing under lawful grounds of consent, will be stored until the consent is withdrawn. In case of marketing communications, you may exercise your opt-out rights through the means provided in each of these communications.
Afterwards, we will remove your Personal Information from our systems and records and/or take steps to properly anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.

This privacy statement is issued on behalf of Prima Wongamat Hotel Pattaya so when we mention "we", "us", "our" or the "Company" in this privacy statement, we are referring to the relevant entity within HAPPY PRIMA P.M CO.,LTD. responsible for processing your data. We use CCTV cameras to monitor and record individuals on and around certain premises of ours. We have established and disclose this CCTV Privacy Statement as our approach to explain how we collect, use or disclose your personal data, and how we protect personal data and properly handle such data according to the applicable data protection regulations.
The Company regularly reviews and, if appropriate, updates this Privacy Statement from time to time to ensure that your personal data is properly protected. In case of any significant update to this Privacy Statement, we will inform you via appropriate channel.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
We collect your personal data through the CCTV system for the purpose of monitoring and maintaining the safety, health and well-being of customers, and for security to protect Minor Hotels' assets and employees.
The processing of your personal data above is necessary for our legitimate interest for guaranteeing the security of our facilities.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect images caught on CCTV cameras which may include static images and video images, and no voice is recorded.
3. Data Retention Period
The images will be kept for up to 30 days. After that period, any CCTV recorded footage is automatically deleted.
4.Data Disclosure
Your data may be communicated to the relevant government bodies and authorities if necessary and requested as authorized under the applicable laws.
5. Personal Data Subject Rights
You have the following rights under the conditions set out under applicable law:
- Access: You are entitled at any time to obtain your Personal Information that we store, in accordance with applicable law and without any fee. However, in exceptional cases we ask you to pay reasonable fees before we provide the information if permitted by applicable law.
- Rectification: You may request that we rectify any of your Personal Information that is incomplete or incorrect.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and your Personal Information.
- Restriction: You may ask us to restrict the use of your Personal Information for example if you have objected to the processing and the existence of legitimate grounds is still under consideration.
